Pilat Media provides comprehensive training services to meet client needs. The amount of training actually provided differs from product to product, client to client, and from one user-group to another, depending on factors such as the level of skills and knowledge of the user base, the number of users to train, and the number and nature of system modules adopted.

Training is provided on the client's premises, preferably in designated training rooms where system access and projection facilities are available. The training is delivered by our Implementation Consultants, who are always experienced business practitioners themselves, recruited from within the broadcast industry with substantial experience in jobs similar to the ones held by their trainees. We are also happy to offer less formal training in the form of on-the-job handholding by Implementation Consultants being made available on site during the early system implementation stages. Where suitable in-house resources are available, we often advocate a 'train-the-trainer' approach to save on implementation budget and to increase ownership, in which case we train a nucleus of in house "super users" and support and back them up as they train their colleagues using our guidelines.

Training may expand to advice about working practices and workflows utilizing our experience working with a variety of different broadcasters around the world.
