For example, IBMS feeds the distribution of schedule data to electronic Interactive Program Guides. Whenever a title is scheduled, the synopsis information, stored within the Program Inventory and Rights Management module, accompanies it. IBMS supports multiple distribution channels for required program schedule and metadata Ð print, electronic Interactive Program Guides and websites.

It manages and exports schedule and multi-lingual program information for subsequent insertion into the digital broadcast stream, complying with proprietary and industry standard formats. IBMS also maintains additional data relevant for digital services, e.g. network topology, channel attributes, telephone numbers and pricing information for PPV, NVOD and VOD services.
