Peter Chase SVP Customer Services
Peter joined Pilat Media in April 2006, and is responsible for services to all customers who have completed their initial implementation of Pilat's products. Peter, a graduate of Imperial College in London, has over 25 years experience in software development and IT systems spent with a number of companies, including Unilever, PwC and Symbian. Since 1997 he has spent most of his time working at the BBC in London. This was spent overseeing the introduction of Microsoft Exchange and Windows 2000, then helping establish Account Management within the BBC's broadcast and IT services company BBC Technology (acquired by Siemens in 2004). Peter's team consists of Pilat's global ServiceDesk and Account Managers based in America, Europe and Australasia. His rounded knowledge of IT, broadcasting and customer relationship management brings new strength to Pilat's mission to deliver the best customer service in its market.
