Michael Rosenberg OBE Non-Executive Chairman
With over thirty year's experience in the broadcast industry, Michael was a founding Director and shareholder of TVAM. He has extensive business experience gained from his time at Samuel Montagu & Co Limited and Raphael Zorn Hemsley Holdings plc (now Numis Corporation plc) and in his ongoing role as Deputy Chairman of David Paradine Ltd., the holding company for Sir David Frost's business and broadcast interests.

Avi Engel MBA Chief Executive Officer
After a few years with IBM and then as a management consultant, Avi joined Pilat Israel as Managing Director, moved to the UK to establish Pilat UK and subsequently led the formation of the Pilat Technologies International Limited group (PTI) and its 1996 floatation. Subsequently Avi led the creation of Pilat Media as a PTI subsidiary and in 2002 played a central role in its demerger, when he left PTI he became the CEO of Pilat Media Global plc.

Martin Blair ACA Chief Financial Officer
Martin is responsible for the financial management and administration of the Group. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young and over the last 15 years has gained significant experience in the media and film distribution business in senior financial roles. He joined the Group in 2001 prior to the Company's flotation on the London Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Dr. Samuel Sattath Non-Executive Director
Samuel is a non-executive director and one of the original founding shareholders of Pilat Technologies where he previously had board responsibilities for research and development, technology and software development. Samuel has been responsible for the international business development of Pilat Technologies in the USA, the UK, South Africa, Hong Kong and New Zealand. He has also led the development of HR Pulse, Pilat Technologies' platform for human resources systems, its 360-degree feedback software and its performance management system.

Julian Paul Non-Executive Director
Julian is a chartered accountant and merchant banker who has held a number of senior board positions with companies in the media and entertainment software sector. At Pilat Media he is Chairman of the Audit and Nomination Committees. He is currently Deputy Chairman of Eagle Rock Entertainment Limited of which he was a founder shareholder. Julian is also currently non-executive Chairman of Cellcast plc and also a non-executive director of Entertainment Rights plc, Stagecoach Theatre Arts plc, EKay plc and Edge Performance VCT plc.

Sami Totah Non-executive Director
Sami is a former Chief Operating Officer of Amdocs, the multi billion dollar software group. More recently he was the Chairman of Sheer Networks, which was sold to Cisco for US$120 million, and is currently Chairman of Flash Networks and Red Bend. Sami has a wealth of invaluable experience in managing world class software businesses and knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
