A strongly client-facing role with responsibility for configuring the IBMS application, delivering end user training and supporting the client with acceptance testing through to post-live operational support.
Profile:
Background in broadcast operations, either in sales or content management
Applications may also be considered from applicants outside the broadcast industry if they have strong experience in implementing enterprise software solutions
Quick learner; grasps new concepts quickly; and invests heavily in time for independent study and research to develop expertise in product.
Solid skills at understanding and deploying technology; understand impact of technology on end-users.
Ability to work effectively with operational management and staff personnel, in understanding their business needs, managing their expectations, and teaching them how to utilize system effectively.
Excellent communications skills, with ability to present concepts effectively, and define and deliver a training approach that will enable users to understand and effectively utilize software.
Ability to work both independently and as part of team; take direction well; effectively introduce ideas and alternative approaches where appropriate.
Long term international travel to customer sites (potentially up to 80% annually).
Experience training customers on technology solutions would be an advantage.
Extremely adaptable; able to make changes in plans quickly as situation changes.
Spanish language fluency a plus.
