Pilat Medias listing in Tel-Aviv was a requirement of the demerger from Pilat Technologies. At the point of the demerger every shareholder in Pilat Technologies also received a new share in Pilat Media Global plc. With Pilat Technologies being an Israeli company listed in Tel-Aviv, it has a large number of Israeli shareholders. It was therefore important to ensure that this large group of shareholders had the same ease of buying and selling as before.
